Unathi grew up in the lush Eastern Cape province, spending her summer vacations in the small coastal town of Port St Johns. She vowed here that she would never live anywhere where the sea and its many creatures are not within walking distance. Unathi loves travelling, reading, ice cream and writing poetry.
