The categories for Africa’s Photographer of the Year aren’t extremely restrictive but Africa off the Beaten Track is special in the sense that it gives our photographers room to capture lesser-known landscapes as well as anything else under the African sun. We love to see shots that are more quirky or mystical than the average safari scenes and this is the ideal category to explore these.
